The Conch Inn is a Custom Built, well appointed and furnished house with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and bonus loft. The beach house is located in the upscale Morgantown beach community. You will enjoy strict architectural controls, buried utilities, two swimming pools, two lighted tennis courts, and a gorgeous beach. Be prepared to relax!!
The Conch Inn has two king master suites, one queen bedroom, and two twin beds in the loft. The home is located directly in front of the West end boardwalk and Morgantown community beach. You have an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean and the beach boardwalk is just 40 feet away.
The large and spacious great room has all leather furniture in the den and the fully equipped kitchen has seated dining for 8. There are four TVs, CD/DVD player, high speed wireless internet access, satellite TV, a washer & dryer and a charcoal barbeque grill.
For golfers in the group, the world famous Kiva Dunes Golf Club is less than a mile away. Just down the street is home to 27 perfectly manicured holes at the Peninsula Golf Club. Both resorts are truly world class.

This has been our personal beach house for 12 years. It is maintained to our high personal standards regarding maintenance and cleanliness. The property was a custom home built and features many fine amenities. It has very fine furnishings and is extremely clean and well kept. The location is excellent and does not have high rise condos, traffic congestion or crowded beaches, although Gulf Shores is only a short drive away. This property will make your vacation memorable for a lifetime.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at the Conch Inn. We felt so welcome in Don and Kay's home and everything we needed was provided for. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking and serving meals. We enjoyed gathering around the huge kitchen island for our meals. Short walk to the beach--easy with small children over the boardwalk. Also enjoyed the two pools available. One of our highlights was going over to Pensacola to see the Blue Angels practice on Tuesday morning! Thanks again for a perfect family vacation week.
The house was amazing, we had six of us and everyone of us thought it was the best place I ever picked!!! It is beautifully decorated and didn't have that over the top beach look, it was more like home but with a view that was beautiful!!! Best part, great access to the beach, and obviously the weather God's were on our side because it was amazing everyday. We will be back next year!!Don and Kaye.....Thanks so much!!
Our second visit to The Conch Inn did not fail to satisfy our family's needs and expectations. The owners have continued to provide THE best house that we have ever rented. Location to the beach, the layout of the house itself, and ALL of the items provided for the renters use, make this house truly a renters home away from home. Two weeks at The Conch Inn yearly is a glimpse of heaven for our family. We're already looking forward to next summer's two week visit.
This house was perfect for our girls getaway (+ a few children)! The boardwalk is literally right next to the house and then there is the beach! We saw dolphins nearly each day at this location. This house is very well-maintained and feels like a home away from home! The owners are so easy to work with. We will definitely return in the future.

We had such a great time! So relaxing! We loved being close to the beach and playing games in the living room at night. Don and Kay were very helpful to answer all of our questions. I felt very comfortable letting our teenage children go to the beach without us. On our last morning, we were so excited to get to watch the Blue Angels practice from our balcony porch. Morgantown is a beautiful, restricted development with community boardwalks and beaches, private pools and tennis courts and more! The Conch Inn Beach House has a close, unrestricted view of the beach and is just steps away. Sit on the couch watch your kids play on the beach!
