Beautiful, quiet, private!
We, two couples, rented this condo the week of Christmas 2010. The condo is a 10-minute walk to 5th Avenue, the main drag in Playa. The building itself is new, clean, crisp, beautifully decorated with large plants--in an atrium style--and very secure. It was a nice touch to have round the clock security presence to check in on you every time you entered or exited the building. The condo was spacious, comfortable and had all the items of "home." The rooftop deck was fantastic! Every day we spent at least an hour up there reading, sunbathing or just listening to the roll of the ocean waves.
Unfortunately, the jacuzzi wasn't working properly, so that amenity was not used. Also, the hot water heater is quite small, which meant we took turns showering and allowed 15 minutes between showers, but we never had a cold shower!
Overall, it was a terrific stay and we plan to return in the future.
