Additional information about rental rates

  • In order to reserve, a 50% deposit of the total stay is required, and is non-refundable.
    The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days during the peak season).
    There will not be a refund for no-shows or cancellations within 72 hours of arrival.
    A $2,000 (USD) security deposit will be required upon check-in. Providing that there are no damages to the rental unit, the deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out.
