Aster House is in a great location for family and friends to walk to all the activities of the village of Bar Harbor. The pier, historic Shorepath trail, and boating opportunities are a block and a half away. A few blocks you can walk to an island at low tide. Great restaurants, historic movie theater and shops are one half block from the property. If you have a large group and need even more space we can help. Like to cook? Great location: Good location for large family. Everyone can easily be together or meet back after a day of diverse activities. Restaurants, shops and movies are close. After you arrive you may find that you don't even need a car. Need more space or less space. Let us know and we can probably help.Such a fun place to stay with something for everyone.

Perfect spot in Bar Harbor

I stayed here in March with friends and plan to return this summer with my family. It was within easy walking distance of the harbor, shops, and restaurants. It's a comfortable, clean, and quiet place to stay and the owner couldn't have been more helpful. Kids and adults enjoyed Reel Pizza for an evening combining a movie and pizza. There are several cute places nearby to grab breakfast or indulge in lobster rolls. We can't wait to enjoy it in the summer too.
