In Villa IL Moure you'll find a relaxing atmosphere where you can sit down with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset from yours balcony looking to the horizons. The Villa can accommodate 6 persons. There are 2 bedrooms and a family room with a sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, a 52' LCD TV to watch your favorite shows in cable and movies with surround sound. There's a Home Theater with DVD player, S-Air speakers to hear music around the Villa and a cradle for your iPod. We also have Internet access and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. From the Villa you can see Desecheo Island, Aguadilla Bay, a gorgeous sunset and the world famous Beach Crash Boat for water sports and diving. W have 2 pools with one infinity pool, jacuzzi, a kids pool and a gazebo with BBQ. The Villa is located in Puerta del Mar which was recently awarded Best Resort Community Type in Puerto Rico for 2008. A Mediterranean Style Condo, 10 minutes away from the Airport Rafael Hernandez (BQN).

  • Check in time: 3:00 PM – Check out time: 11:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out may be available.
  • Welcome to the relaxing West Coast of Puerto Rico!

    All reservations require an initial booking deposit equal to 50% of the rental price, payable at time of booking. The rental balance plus a $200 refundable security deposit are due 15 days prior to check-in date, except for certain peak days/weeks (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter). For peak dates, the rental balance and security deposit must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 10 days after check-out.
  • Summer - Cancellations: Initial booking deposits are fully refundable for all cancellations made more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
    Winter - Cancellations: Initial booking deposits are fully refundable for all cancellations made more than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made 30 to 45 days prior to arrival date are subject to a $250 cancellation fee. Rental deposits will not be refunded for cancellations made less than 30 days before scheduled arrival date.

Amazing Condo and Owner

I strongly recommend this condo to anyone staying in Aquadilla. Words and pictures can not properly illustrate this condo.It was gorgeous. It was very spacious, it was beautifully decorated, clean and very well maintained. Oh and let me add that the ocean view was jaw dropping (absolutely amazing). It had all basic amenities that you would need from cooking utensils to an ipod cradle. Crash boat beach is two minutes away from the proerty. It can be seen from the balcony!
I would also like to say that the owner went out of his way to accomodate my family and I am greatful that we found such a wonderful person to rent from. I will definatley stay here again in the future.
