**Ultra-premium Linens** This unit has been upgraded with ultra-premium linens that rival those of The Four Seasons. Enjoy extra soft oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. Take advantage of this added luxury because less than one percent of properties in Keystone offer linens of this quality.
This spacious 655 square foot 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom corner unit condo sleeps five, has vaulted ceilings and a private balcony with ski slope views. It’s ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and nightlife.

ENHANCED GUEST SERVICE: Rest assured that this home away from home is professionally managed. We provide cleaning services, regular maintenance, lock-out service and 24/7 emergency call service.
FEES & TAXES: Taxes and fees are not included in the posted nightly rate. Unlike many of our competitors that build their fees into the nightly rate, we will send you a quote with the breakdown of all costs.
GUARANTEED BEST PRICE: If you find a better deal on a comparable property, then provide us with clear evidence and we will beat the deal by 10%.
DISCOUNTS YOU WILL USE: As a guest of Summit County Mountain Retreats, you can take advantage of discounts on an array of services including ski rentals, ground transportation, bike rentals, horseback riding and much more. Let us know during the booking process, and we'll make sure you have what you need.
WATCH OUT FOR GIMMICKS: Don’t be fooled when someone offers discounted lift tickets. Discounts on lift tickets are all the same as long as you do not buy at the ticket window. Buy your discounted lift tickets from the kiosk at the grocery store or online. Kids Ski Free is another gimmick designed to make guests believe they’re getting a deal when in reality they’re paying higher nightly rates and an “amenities fee.” When you do the math on total cost of stay it turns out it’s not a deal at all.
This property is professionally managed for the owner by Summit County Mountain Retreats. We want each guest to have a personalized experience, so please call us with any questions you have about this particular property. We market each of our properties individually, so the listing you see is what you are renting.
Keystone is a year-round destination with winter activities such as world-class skiing, tubing for the whole family, night skiing, the A51 terrain park for the adventurous, ice skating in Lakeside Village, sleigh rides, and unique mountain dining experiences. In the summer, you will enjoy downhill mountain biking, biking with the whole family on the bike trails, golf at the Keystone Golf Course, horseback riding, miniature golf in front of Expedition Station, swimming in the heated pool, and white water rafting is also close by.
Our property has wonderful mountain views and is larger than the standard one bedroom condominium.
The perfect place to be after a long day of skiing. Loved to room and how relaxing it was to come back to after a long day on the slopes. The kids loved the pool table down stairs. Great room in a great resort.
This condo was just what we needed for our ski trip to Keystone! The central location of the building was great, very close to the lifts (walking distance) and to lots of restaurants and gear rental places. The condo was clean, well stocked, and just the right size for two. Everything felt new and modern; not like some condos you might visit where everything seems to be the leftovers from somewhere else and outdated.
The ground floor garage is very nice, especially when it snows (no scraping or deicing, and no fighting for a spot!) and the ski lockers were convenient. The balcony of this unit had a great view over the slopes.
I would highly recommend this condo/building, and will definitely rent here again when we return to Keystone.
My family and I had an excellent vacation in this Condo. The building (Expedition Station) is farthest from the Gondola in River Run Village but was still a very easy walk. The convenience of ski-in/ ski-out is priceless. I highly recommend River Run for families with small children. There are complementary wagons eveywhere and make your walk to the slopes a cinch. The availability of the onsite daycare (which my 3 year old LOVED) was awesome. We also took advantage of the Kidtopia Art Camp- how wonderful to give my daughter a break from skiing and let her make pottery and paint. Keystone ski school is amazing. My daughter loved it and took a 2 day class. The condo is full of every item you can think of. The only complaint is the sleeper sofa. It is awful, seems half broken and the mattress was so bad and lumpy my 3 year old wouldn't even sleep on it. Also, they might want to include a few extra blankets. The murphy bed was really nice. My 6 year daughter old loved it. This condo is a great value for the money although on the smaller side. (Cheaper than a hotel and mountain views all around.) We also did the Keystone Dinner and Sleigh Ride- Created a Christmas Eve memory never to be forgotten.
Very nice, well maintained unit. Unit was clean and we found the accomodations nice for our family of 4. It was nice for each of our sons to have their own place to sleep. We appreciated the availability of the internet as we traveled with our laptop to allow my husband and I to keep up with work. Unit could have been stocked with some potholders or oven mits and extra kitchen towels. We hope the owners found the unit as they would have left it. As regular condo/rental guests, we always treat the place as though it were ours.
Keystone has festivals and events during the winter and summer months.
