Large 1914 guest home. Close to downtown, coffee shops, restaurants, mall, Convention Center, Rose Quarter and much more. A walk in this neighborhood is charming, and at different times of the year offers a tour of the historic neighboring homes. This has a shared kitchen and bathrooms, but kept very clean. I do have one private bedroom with its own bathroom and private deck.
