This beautiful townhouse is located in a waterfront community and is only minutes from the beach. The fully equipped townhouse is ready with all the amenities you will need for a relaxing vacation. There are two bedrooms in the main house, both with private bathrooms. There is also a third bedroom and bathroom, which is it's own freestanding guest house in the courtyard. Perfect for those who would like a little privacy. The house is less than 2 miles to the beach and less than 2 miles to some of the best shopping in the country. The Garden's mall offers more than 200 stores including Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Gucci, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomindales and many more. There are numerous restaurants in the area and a great place to go out at night for dinner and drinks. This gated community offers security 24 hours a day. It also has 2 pools, hot tubs, a tennis court and a community fitness center for you to use.
