This gorgeous 1500 sq foot condo is set in a peaceful area of Phoenix, just 5 minutes from north Scottsdale, with shopping, world renowned gold courses, and fantastic restaurants. It has two balconies where you can sit, relax, and soak up the sun. The condo is three levels with a two car garage, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a living room with a 60 in DLP high def TV. You can enjoy the privacy of two bedrooms, including the third floor master suite that is private and soothing. Each bedroom has a 42 inch plasma TV and its own balcony. The complex has two large swimming pools with Jacuzzi, a fitness room, and a clubhouse with a poker room and billiards. There is also a movie theater for rent (at no cost, reservations are made through the clubhouse). If you are looking for a resort style vacation without the resort style pricing, (parking, food, etc) then this is your oasis!
