Venice Garden and House

We were delighted to find the CA bungalow just as presented in the pictures and descriptions! After searching sites for several days, we were struck by the appearance of this one and proceeded with inquiries, John and David answered all of our questions through email or phone calls. John met us at the house to give us the keys and a personal tour. He showed us how to use the sound system and answered the few questions we had.
Highlights for us included the off street parking, close proximity to Abbott Kinney, outdoor garden/patio space in front and behind the house, mini office, jacuzzi tub, comfy bed, sunny kitchen, and sound system. Everything worked well...locks, lights, water, and all the little amenities were there, making us really felt at home.
It was a slice of the warm casual CA life! We can highly recommend this house to others.

Your house is really cute. I loved the location, too. So close to everything and not too congested. That was nice when I wanted to park on the street and there was always parking for my mother when she came to visit us and our newborn.

I loved the way you put the lights in the tree so that from my bedroom I could see all the nature and movement of the big trees in the back yard. And I liked the orchids you had inside. Very nice house and you guys are the nicest, too. Thanks for helping me with all my stupid luggage. I would put a grill in one of the garden areas, though. That would be even nicer. But the kitchen was great and the living room feels like an old school parlour for me and my kids to enjoy after the beach and strolling the walk streets.

I stayed in more nights than I would have expected, enjoying the fireplace and gardens - beautiful gardens - and nice big kitchen and the spa tub in the bathroom. So cozy. I wish I could be there for my birthday next year as well. Many thanks for making everything look and feel (especially FEEL) so nice. You were right about the Getty Villa; it was an easy bus ride with one transfer and a really nice day. You guys are clearly good people; it shows in the care and in the energy of the sweet spanish house I got to call home for my 40th birthday with my Los Angeles family.
