House is on a hill and has totally unobstructed views of Point Lobos and the lagoon. The house is directly across the street from tennis courts and is kitty corner to the Carmel Mission and the Mission Ranch. 30 second walk to either the Mission or the Mission Ranch. There is a large deck to take in the views. The living room has large fireplace and high beam ceilings. Hardwood floors, patio in backyard and large driveway.
