Located between Kings Beach and Tahoe City on the north shore of Lake Tahoe, this three bedroom/two bath with a loft north Tahoe vacation home has been so extensively remodeled (over $200,000) it is like new inside. The home features new wood wide plank floors, new kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances, corner rock fireplace, large flat screen TV in the living room, two decks with nice patio furniture, new hot tub on the back deck, walk in steam shower, Gas BBQ, free high speed wireless internet, and a pool table located in the loft. The sky lights and wood work give the home a bright feel. A wonderful summer or winter rental home for a tenant looking for a higher end north Tahoe vacation home.

During the summer months guests have access to a shared pier, buoys (as available by reservation), community swimming pool, grassy lawn area with snack bar, sand volleyball court, and tennis courts. The pool is open from mid-June to Labor Day. Not all agate bay homes have full access to these facilities but this home has access to everything.
