Rich in history, natural beauty and possessing a charming hacienda atmosphere, the El Cordova was originally built as a retirement mansion house for wealthy industrialist Elisha Babcock in 1902. In 1930 it was converted to a Spanish Village Condo has been updated and expanded several times since then to provide additional rooms and amenities.
