The South Harbor of Bodega Bay is home to the Links at Bodega Harbor, a highly rated Robert Trent Jones designed course that offers some of the most scenic and challenging rounds in Northern California. The Bluewater Bistro is the excellent restaurant located at the clubhouse, and offers lunch 7 days a week, dinner Thursday through Sunday and breakfast on weekends.
A deck off the kitchen and dining areas has a table with seating for four, and additional seats may be added for larger groups. There is a propane barbeque on the deck, and an additional Weber charcoal BBQ available if needed.
The large light-filled living room contains two oversize chairs and a couch, allowing relaxing reading, television viewing, listening to the stereo system or enjoying the woodburning fireplace. There is also a game table with four chairs. The game table and game chest hold a variety of games including cards, chess, checkers, cribbage, Scrabble, Yahtzee, Monopoly, Tripoly and others. There is a DVD/VHS player and a large video library with dozens of selections. A high-power telescope is available to watch boats, marine mammals and wildlife.
The den features a television, DVD and VHS players, wet bar and mini-refrigerator, allowing a separate entertainment area. Along with the convertible sofa, there are two large and comfortable easy chairs. There is also a computer with a Comcast high-speed internet connection. A five-person hot tub is located just outside the family room, offering incredible views of the Milky Way on clear moonless evenings and the sounds of sea lions and surf.
