F-103 STUDIO - BRAND NEW - remodeled 2021

Maui Banyan F-103A Ground Floor Studio - COMPLETE REMODEL.

**Please note: This is a ground floor unit, although there are stairs down from the parking lot and another set of stairs down to the ground floor hallway.

We purchased this unit in January of this year (2021). Everything in the unit has been replaced! Floors, newly built walk in shower, new bathroom vanity/counter/faucet, brand new kitchenette with new cabinets/counters and new appliances. Brand new AC unit and ceiling fan. New paint, lights and all completely new furniture in the entire unit (along with new lanai furniture)!

This ground floor unit has a lanai you can walk out and on to the grassy courtyard next to our unit, which includes a picnic table and Weber gas grill. (still a set of stairs down from parking lot, so not ADA friendly)

This is located in the F building, which is closest to the street and only feet from the amazing Kamaole Beach II (which has a lifeguard as well). This condo is walking distance to many shops, cafe's and restaurants.

You will not be disappointed in booking this brand new, completely renovated unit!

The Maui Banyan is conveniently located in desirable South Kihei (Where all the amazing sandy swimming beaches are). This is the drier and sunnier side of Maui. We offer a beautiful 1 bedroom garden view room. There is a large screen Smart TV, which also has cable! TheAC unit keeps the entire place very cool.

Fantastic Kamaole II beach is right across the street from the Maui Banyan and this unit is one of the closest to the beach. This beach also has a lifeguard. Snorkeling, sailing, surfing, boogie boarding and dozens of other activities are all nearby. The condo is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and cafe’s. Wailea is a short couple minute drive and offers many high end shops and restaurants. Minutes away from Championship golf. The best beginner surfing is a mile away in downtown Kihei. On property amenities include two swimming pools which include jet spas, complimentary tennis courts, and several gas BBQ’s conveniently located to our unit.

Brand New walk-in shower with toilet. The bathroom vanity is brand new also 2021 and separated from shower & toilet by a pocket door.

Great location

The unit was exactly as described. I especially liked that it had a larger refrigerated / freezer. Most of these studio units only have a small dorm like one. Great location at the front of the property and just across the street to the beaches. I don’t rent a car when I travel, so I appreciate that this property is walking distance to shops, dining and Kihei boat ramp for activities. Communication with the host was prompt and clear.

Great Host, Awesome Location !!!

Dawn is incredible. She was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. She was very flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few nights stay. Amazing location and right next to the beach and everything. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Kihei.

Everything you need!

The space was small but was set up well with what we needed for the 5 nights we stayed. It was nice and close to a couple of beaches and walking distance to restaurants and shops! We would stay here again on our next trip to Maui!

Perfect, adorable studio condo

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean and very close to the beach. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

My family has been coming to Maui for several years. We have three kids and we all love the Kihei area and the amazing beaches. We decided to purchase a condo in this area to enjoy when we can and rent out to others when we can’t be here in paradise. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

This property is the perfect location being right across the street from Kamaole beach II. Kamaole beach I & III are also within walking distance and these three beaches are some of the only with lifeguards in this area. It is also walking distance to many shops, restaurants and cafes.

What makes this property unique

This unit is ground floor and you can walk out your lanai and onto the grassy courtyard to enjoy the sun! This condo was completely remodeled in 2021 and everything in the unit was replaced (floors, kitchen, bathrooms, paint, appliances, furniture). It's brand new!
