Beautiful brand new Myrtle Beach golf villa in Tidewater Golf Resort, often referred to as the 'Pebble Beach' of the South. Spectacular natural scenery throughout the resort from the Cherry Grove Inlet to the Intracoastal Waterway. A gated community which affords privacy and security. The clubhouse is beautiful and open for lunch and dinner, depending on the time of the year. Our new townhome is approximately 2000 square feet and feels very spacious. Each of the 3 bedrooms is huge. The two bedrooms upstairs each have 2 queen-sized beds and share a buddy bath. The master, on the lower level, has a queen and a daybed and a large private bath. There is a half bath also on the lower level. The kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences. The screen porch has a bird's eye view of the golf course and the driving range. The townhome is only steps away from the pool and hot tub, clubhouse, fitness center, and driving range.
