The master bedroom with full bath is on the first level. A second bedroom is also on the first level along with a second, large full bath. The third bedroom is downstairs in the finished basement where there is another full bath. All bedrooms are good size with queen size beds, closets with double sliding doors and bureaus. The family room with Cable TV and DVD player is downstairs in the finished basement. Perfect for letting the kids play downstairs while the adults relax upstairs in the screened in porch or large living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a large refrigerator and new microwave. The adjoining dining room is perfect for family meals. Wireless Internet is available.

Location Location Location: The house is steps away from the Bass River and private Blue Rock Association Park for kayaking, canoeing, fishing and swimming or just watching the Ospreys. It is close to all amenities and beaches as well as three golf courses - Bass River, Bayberry Hills and Blue Rock Golf Course, rated as one of the best executive par three courses in the country. Across the river and easy to get to by car (even easier by kayak or canoe) is the beautiful Dennis Indian Lands conservation area located between a salt marsh and the Bass River. The nature trails offer beautiful views of the river, the marsh and a Great Blue Heron or two.

The house is close to all Yarmouth has to offer for both adults and children - beautiful warm beaches, fine restaurants, miniature golf, arcades, boat rentals, parasailing over Nantucket Sound (if you dare, personally, I prefer to watch from my beach chair) and the best ice cream stand on the Cape. Come and enjoy a vacation you won't forget. Note that the Google map has the house in the wrong location. It is really at the other end of the street, much closer to the river.

This is a great rental, we stayed for a week and could not fault it in any way. It felt like a home away from home for us. It is in immacualte condition and well cared for. Everything we needed was at our fingertips, we only had to bring beach towels with us! Its in a great location, a lovely quiet neighborhood but never too far away from all the action and lovely restaurants plus the beaches are only a very very short car journey away. I can't say anymore about this rental except if you go you won't be disappointed.

Summer vacation with family

Enjoyed a great week at the cape at this location. House was very clean and roomy for 8 people. House is located very close to Bass River and you have access to a dock for fishing, canoe and kayak. The house is also away from the crowds of rt 28, which was nice to come back to in the afternoon, but also a close drive to all of the activities needed to keep the family happy.
