Our house is centrally located to everything S.B. has to offer within 5 minutes or less. Teenagers and adults alike can ride their bikes to shopping, beach, or out for a lunch. Lower Monticeto is a 1/2 mile away on Old Coast Rd. and is often compared to a mini Rodeo Drive. There you will find upscale shops, boutiques, Butterfly Beach and the Four Seasons Hotel. Surrounding you is an array of delicious and talked about restaurants, jewelry store, French bakery, art galleries, banks, grocery stores, P.O. All year round is beautiful here to explore spectacular hikes, biking, walking, zoo, or whatever your choice may be. May-Nov is whale watching. June-Aug. is Festivals at the Music Academy a 1/2 mile away, and the Summer Solstice Parade. We have many famous singers at the Bowl each weekend. The famous Mission is a 10 minute drive as well as the Botanical Gardens which host many workshops throughout the year.
