PHOENIX CONVENTION CENTER, 6 BLOCKS AWAY!!!!..

From my first email down to every last little detail this home and owner receives a five star rating. Me and three business partners were looking for a comfortable place to stay during our conference. So we booked this condo a few blocks from the convention center. Little did we know we were in for a luxurious retreat. The pictures of this place don't even do it justice. If you want a 5 star hotel experience without being confined to one room and a cheaper price per person the this is the place for you. The owner was available 24/7 and had everything we could have wanted and/or needed ready and waiting for us. Being a group of tech savvy people we found this home more the capable of handling our 4 smart phones, two Ipads and 1 laptop. It also had a state of the art entertainment system with speakers throughout. We had a great time watching the Olympics and listening to music. The Kitchen was adorned with granite counter tops and every utensil/appliance you could imagine including a stocked wine cooler. It made making meals a breeze. For those who don't cook there were more menus/coupons then you know what to do with and most delivered to our door. The two bedrooms were exceptionally and comfortably decorated and had their own on suite baths. The baths had everything you need down to medicine cabinets with first aid items. We were able to be completely rested and revitalized when we awoke every morning. The pool was refreshing and enjoyable with all the fountains, floats and lounge chairs. The only downside to our trip was the 155 degree weather throughout our stay. All together this place was luxurious, spacious and clean. The owner was a Godsend and made us feel at home and like family. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home. You are an amazing individual and you made our trip spectacular.

The condo was exactly what we wanted for a fabulous vacation. We were able to enjoy Thanksgiving with our family and loved ones. The owner even provided a pan for the turkey so we could prepare our meal.

The location was perfect: near the airport, near downtown, near stores, and near where family members lived. We were able to securely park our rental car in the garage and the neighbors were quiet but helpful.

Second time staying here. This is an awesome place within walking distance to the convention center, restaurants, etc. It is meticulously clean, the beds are comfortable, nicely appointed and updated, and quiet. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of five is because there is no bathroom downstairs in the main part of the house where the kitchen and living room are. Both bathrooms are in bedrooms which can be a little inconvenient at times if others are sleeping. But that's it and it's minor. The owner is responsive and nice and we will stay here again as we attend a conference every two years in Phoenix. Even for just two people, this place is much more affordable than the neighboring hotels.
