Perfect getaway!

My fiance and I spent three nights at Artist View and it was everything we had expected. The home is just perfect for a couple. It is only a short drive off the Interstate, but it feels so far from all the stresses of life. There is plenty to do in the nearby town including a movie theater, some good restaurants and a full grocery store. We didn't want to leave our view, so we pretty much hunkered down for the entire weekend! Some wine, a puzzle, and a nice fire made the nights go by too quickly. We are very eager to return during each of the other seasons!

To start, the place was exactly as described, impeccably clean, excellent info provided about the house and surrounding area.

Words and pictures do not do this place justice... the view is phenomenal and the property is a gem. The house is cozy and well laid out. Very neat with all the amenities you could ever need. We stayed in and cooked every meal to enjoy the place as much as possible. The location is perfect for any outdoor enthusiast. We hiked all around the region during our late October stay and took in the lingering foliage. The house feels nice and isolated despite the two minute drive to local conveniences. All communication with the owners was easy and pleasant and we had no issues with our stay. Forget the hotels, inns, and B&B's; this is the perfect romantic getaway for any couple. We look forward to many returns.

Simply put: the property is amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We cannot recommend it enough.

Beautiful get away

My weekend in Woodstock was beautiful, the home was just as beautiful and quaint, the views were breath taking. The home was clean and provided all the amenities necessary to help have an awesome weekend. We are already thinking about going back again maybe a bit longer this time. anyone looking for a real laid back place to relax this one is a winner.

Truly a wonderful place to relax and simply love your surroundings. The house itself had everyting you could possibly want or need and the views were breathtaking. Perfect getaway for a couple looking for some alone time!!

Truly exclusive

This home is truly exclusive. The exquisite view is one of the best in New Hampshire. I would recommend this property over any hotel because it is so private. I caught a rainbow trout in this river every morning I fished. Our first morning there a bald eagle landed in the tree just to the right of the deck. We watched the eagle for 10 minutes as it scanned the river below. The private fire pit overlooking the water gives you the best part of camping, then you have the luxury of returning to this well equipped home. It is tastefully decorated on the elegant side of casual. We eagerly anticipate staying there again.
