The building has shared swimming pools and jacuzzi, common areas, a private dock with boat slip rental options, restaurant, bakery, reception, doorman, elevator, handicapped access, manager and monitoring by video camera. With advance notice, private parking may be available. Distance to the beach: 1200m.
