3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, sleeps up to 8.

This distinctive 3 bedroom, 3 bath side unit has a beautiful ocean view from its private balcony, and is only steps from the beach. It also has a gourmet kitchen w/granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a beverage cooler. There is a laundry room with a full size side-by-side washer and dryer. The parking is controlled-access and is in a covered garage. Some of the other wonderful amenities are: a kid's club equipped with video games, as well as, classic board and card games, a sparkling indoor and outdoor pool with lounging areas, a resort-style fitness center overlooking the ocean and indoor pool, five elevators servicing all floors and the enclosed corridors for year-round use.

There is also a personal concierge who is always there to help with any of your needs.

Notes: There are also 4 stools located in the kitchen island area. There is also an ipod docking station located in the family room area. YOU'LL ALSO HAVE ACCESS TO OUR PERSONAL STORAGE LOCKER, SO YOU WON'T HAVE TO BRING ANY OF YOUR BEACH STUFF WITH YOU: The storage locker consists of pool toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, two coolers and two fishing rods w/tackle box. It also has a deluxe wonder wheeler to carry your stuff to the beach in. Two parking passes are provided with a week rental. Guest may purchase up to 1 additional parking pass if needed for a fee of $50. There is a $50 Rental Administrative Fee that the Gateway Grand charges on all rentals, but we will be picking up that charge for all our guest.
