Montecito, pool and view, this house is so popular renters return year after year. Situated midway between the upper and lower villages of Montecito, on the fabulous American Riviera, recently remodeled, it has 5 bedrooms, four bathrooms, and sleeps 10. There is a pool with jacuzzi, delightful garden, stunning sea, beach and island views. It boasts a gourmet kitchen, with Viking Range, Double Dacor Convection Oven, 2 dishwashers etc etc it is exceptionally well equipped. There is wireless broadband internet access throughout, and televisions in every bedroom. There are two masters (one ocean, one garden views) each with European Down bedding, pillow top king beds and high thread count linens. This house is completely enclosed and private, nestled within an acre of garden. Superbly located, it is 2 minutes to local shops, banks, restaurants etc, 3 minutes to the beaches and 5 minutes to downtown Santa Barbara.

Both the ocean facing master bedroom and the family room have large flat-screen TV’s and there is a computer in the kitchen for guests use. Table tennis, volleyball and basketball can all be played in the garden. A beautiful grand piano awaits all concert pianists. maid service twice weekly for a total of ten hours, More time negotiable if needed.
