Full kitchen, bath w/shower and tub, Mexican tile throughout, stone floors, private entrance and tree-shaded patio with fountain, gated off-street parking, large storage area with washer/dryer. Walk to the University or take a short drive to downtown, golfing, tennis, Desert Museum, shopping malls, Reid Park Zoo, Botanical Gardens, hiking, and lots of great restaurants. One block from major biking path.
