We've been here many times & we keep coming back for more. My kids refer to it as "our beach house." It's so close to everything we like to do & see, and room enough for us to invite friends. Even on the chilliest of mornings, the sundrenched balcony is warm enough to sit out on without a jacket. So bright and cheerful, flooded with light, every room is a pleasure to be in. It's clean & well-maintained and really feels like home. Our special requests are always met with a smile & in a timely fashion. I would recommend this home-away-from-home to friends and family, but I wish I could keep it to myself. As for the town, there's something for everyone. Great variety in food & fine dining, great shopping, water sports, amusement park, etc... a great family vacation!

Absolutely Amazing - You Need Will be Very Happy!

This property was just absolutely amazing. The house was very clean and updated with everything anyone could possibly need. The property manager made sure our stay was perfect and was always available. Not sure why another review says it was hard to find.. My 6 year old son found it with no problem. (It was only 3 turns off the Garden State Parkway and directly on the ocean) - I could throw a ball from the deck into the water. Excellent home - enjoy!

This property is amazing! The location is perfect (centrally located on LBI). If you're familiar with the island, you'll know how important this is. The views are spectacular. Another renter said something like this .. "being in the living room is like being on a ship because of the ocean views" (this is an accurate description).
The house is well maintained and stocked. The kitchen is right out of a magazine - all high-end appliances.
Todd was a pleasure to work with. He was always available and very attentive to our needs.
I highly recommend is property and will try to make it back some time this year. Thanks so much Todd.

Rented with 9 of my friends for new years eve, the house was great. Everything that we expected. Great Views, Kitchen was fantastic. Todd, was a pleasure to work with and will def plan on renting from him again. thanks again!

Peaceful Christmas retreat

My family and I stayed at this beautiful house for a few days over Christmas. The house was great! It has a lot of rooms and the living room, kitchen and dining room area are perfect for the family to gather together. We all had a very memorable Christmas. We could not get enough of the views, just amazing! The location couldn't be better. We plan on returning and enjoying it during the summer. Wonderful home and dealing with Todd was always a pleasure!
