It is an idyllic retreat for a couple or a family. Gardens and flowering shrubs surround the house. The home includes a large patio for alfresco dining and a wooden deck for sunbathing or reading. At night you can gaze at the stars from the hot tub. Additionally, a gazebo perched on the hilltop enables you to dine while watching the sunsets over the Pacific Ocean and the Santa Ynez Mountains. Great beaches are a five- to ten-10 minute drive. Hiking trails through nearby parks are 5 minutes away. You have a choice of 4 fabulous golf courses within a short drive. Santa Barbara is a fabulous vacation spot. It offers many outstanding restaurants, great museums, live theatre, concerts, incredible cultural experiences plus the mountains and the ocean within short driving distance.
