This home is perfect for the Romantics who want to get away for the weekend or for the family and friend get together. You are walking distance to the beach. There is a boat launch in the subdivision, as is a swimming pool, and marina. The house was built for entertainment. There is no house on either side of this home, so you can enjoy your privacy. In the winter you can build a fire in the fireplace, open yourself a quality bottle of wine, and just sit back and enjoy your favorite book. In the summer, you name it and you can do it. If you can't keep yourself entertained down here, then you can't be entertained!

Awesome house, well appointed and has a beautiful porch & view of the Gulf of Mexico. Only small negative was the outside shower did not work.....
