Photos and Description of the Rehoboth Beach vacation house rental 12 BR, 4.5 BA, sleeps 23-27

In South Rehoboth on a quiet tree lined street. Circa 1940 Beach House. Walk to Beach (one and a half blocks) and Rehoboth Avenue (five blocks). The house maintains much of the 1940's appeal. The property has 3 apartment suites in the Front house and a Rear cottage apartment. The front house has a 4 bedroom suite with 1 and 1/2 bathrooms on first floor and two ,3 bedroom suites on the second floor each with a full bathroom. . The cottage has 2 bedrooms with a full bathroom. In total, there are 12 bedrooms that sleep 23. In addition, One second floor suite has a futon and the rear cottage has a sleep sofa. Therefore, total sleeping capacity of 27. Each suite and cottage has a full kitchen and Living areas with TV and DVD Property has 2 large outside showers and a large Brick patio for gathering with picnic tables and grills. Basement has a Washer and Dryer. Also, off street parking for 4 cars and you get an additional 4 street parking passes. And don't forget the large front po
