Accommodating up to 6, includes one oversized bedroom with two double beds and a queen size sleeper sofa in living room. Fully equipped, hand crafted pine paneling, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave oven, washer, dryer and kerosene heat for winter getaways and features large windows, Dutch door, screened-in porch, level grassy lot, firepit& lakeside lot w/dock. Walking distance to two local restaurants -Showboat Restaurant in one direction and Rainbow Cove in the other. Close driving proximity to marinas, restaurants,Watkins Glen State Park, Corning Museum of Glass, Glenn H. Curtiss Aviation Museum and regional sightseeing. Limitless antiquing, country drives, quaint villages, world renowned wine trails and lazy days. Cable TV is included, Cell phone recommended, Free WiFi access.

awesome stay

we spent ten days at this cottage for the most part it was the best stay we ever had on seneca lake the only downfalls was the big party at the motel down the street on saturday cars lined up down the road all day and blocked the dock and lake view our stay was still excellent we did feel it was priced a little high but we still thank you for a great gettaway
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers

Just taking a quick few mins to say how much we are enjoying your cottage , the setting is everything we hoped for , so tranquil and the view to die for . Thank you


Ann Marie's welcome was second to none after a long drive. We have swam in the lake, visited some wineries, Rented a canoe and met many many lovely friendly locals . So relaxing.

We shall certainly be recommending Seneca lake to all our friends and family back home.

Just wanted to let you know we had a great time at the cottage last week. The house was nice and comfortable, and the weather was perfect! I'm pretty sure we didn't leave anything behind either, so it was a good trip overall!

Wonderful Week

This was an amazing place to stay. The description was very accurate. The owner was pleasant and very easy to work with. The property was clean and well maintained. Everything we needed from towels to kitchen utensils was available.There is a beautiful view of the lake and a dock that is perfect for feeding the ducks that swim in the lake. The screened porch was nice for sitting and listening to the rain while eating breakfast. The firepit was nice. We enjoyed sitting around the fire almost every evening. We will definately be staying here again!

The cottage was lovely. We ate in the screened in porch, had a campfire and watched the fireflies flash by, and listened to the lake lap on the dock. It's very convenient to the Wineries, and there are two restaurants right on the block, with views of the lake.
