Photos and Description of the Santa Barbara vacation house rental Two bedrooms 1 bath sleeps up to 5.

Beautiful Cottage. Ocean views. with lots and lots of trees on the property. Feels like you are in the country but you will be close to town and minutes away from the SB Mission and Botanical gardens and other walks. Many vacationers comment on how very very peaceful the house is. There are now three redwood decks to sit out on and enjoy the surrounds. Or you may want to rest inside looking out the many windows to the trees and red tail hawks or blue jays that are around the house. The cottage was originally used as an artist cottage by the estate home down the road. Wooden floors and wood burning fire. It is a great retreat for a week with the kids or a romantic vacation.

    Nightly Rate .. $200-$250 per night (for two people; three-night minimum).
    Weekly Rate ... $1200-1500 per week (for two people; $200/each additional person).
    50% Payment Due 14 days after booking; Balance Due 60 days prior to arrival date.
    Cancellation: $200 non refundable with 60-days notice; 50% of balance if less than
    60 days.
