***Large Oceanfront 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in one of the best buildings in Ocean City. Building recently underwent 5 million dollar remodeling project. The Atlantis on 103rd St. also offers 24 hour security with video monitoring on every floor. Directly next to the Clarion resort which offers dancing in one of the best nightclubs in OC and delicious food. Within walking distance to just about everything. **This oceanfront beauty was recently (5/08) painted throughout and has brand new furniture in both bedrooms and the living room/dining room. The fully equipped kitchen is supplied with everything you will need including pots, pans, utensils, dishware, glasses etc. The unit also has a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, toaster oven, and refrigerator/freezer, plus lots of space to store your food. The dining room provides seating for 6 or have the little ones enjoy their meals at the breakfast bar with seating for 3. There is a washer/dryer in the unit.

The decor in the living room will make you feel like you are relaxing in a cottage beach home. Put your feet up in the reclining chair or lounge on the loveseat or large sofa, which doubles as a Queen Pullout Sleeper if needed. There is a TV(cable) and DVD player. The enclosed balcony allows you to enjoy the ocean even if it rains. There is seating for 6 in this enclosed 4 season room. Windows open to allow you to feel the gentle ocean breeze and hear the waves. OR sip your morning coffee as you watch dolphins frolic in the water. For your convenience there is a brand new washer/dryer in the unit. Unit has central air conditioning and ceiling fans in dining room, and both bedrooms. Renters provide their own linens and towels as well as any toiletries/paper products. The Atlantis also provides a large Outdoor Pool for your enjoyment.

No pets are allowed. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the deck/4 season room due to health reasons. This policy must be strictly adhered to and we appreciate your understanding. Renters must be age 23 or older, and proof of age is required. We Do Not rent during the month of June. Person signing contract must remain at property for entire stay. No subletting. Strictly enforced. Sat to Sat rentals during summer season. Check in 3pm. Check out 10am. We DO rent off season as well. 3 night minimum. Enjoy OC during the off season when it is quieter, less crowded and save money at the same time!!! Remember by renting directly through the owner, you do not have to spend several hours waiting in line to get your keys. Get your vacation started right away!! Also, All Photos are Current. This is How Our Unit Looks....*****No Unhappy 'Surprises' When You Arrive *****

Best on the Beach- Great time

We recently stayed at this lovely condo for a week in the summer. The owners are wonderful and very willing to answer all questions. They are very accommodating and will offer a complimentary early check in or late check out (if available.. Unfortunately we vacationed in Aug so it wasn't possible but we were told that they can usually offer it during the off season.)

The unit, which is one of the nicest I have ever stayed in while visiting OC, is beautiful. The photos on the website show the unit exactly as it is. In fact, the photos don't do it justice. It is even nicer than the photos show.

We have stayed in condos before that looked great on the website just to arrive and be very disappointed. You won't be disappointed in this unit. The kitchen is fully stocked and the owners have provided everything that you will need for a great, relaxing vacation.
The beds were very comfortable and the unit was spotless upon our arrival.

We awoke every morning to a spectacular sunrise. (The balcony and master bedroom are both oceanfront.. A real plus) The view is incredible and believe me, the prices are VERY Competitive!!!

I can not say enough about the personnel at the Atlantis. The guards were very friendly and helpful and it seemed as though everyone was very accommodating.
The building has 3 elevators which, despite spending our vacation during one of the most crowded weeks in OC, were very fast. In addition, there are a lot of luggage carts (which is a huge plus during the summer season.)
This unit is on the 6th floor, just the perfect location.

We highly recommend this unit. During our past travels to Ocean City we often found condos to be run down and it seems that the owners do not care about the upkeep. Unfortunately we didn't find out until after we arrived and could do nothing about it. Not this time. We thought we struck gold.You can clearly tell that the owners put a lot of love and care into THIS condo.
We had one of the most relaxing vacations that we have ever had and we will definitely return.

Thanks again for sharing your wonderful home with us. We will be back.
Owner's Response: We think of our unit as our second home and all of ours guests as friends. We try very hard to keep it nice and represent it honestly by the photos on the website.

My stay in OC was wonderful, and the atlantis was a great place to stay, very cute, and clean which means a lot to me. nice bar next door to visit. I would stay there again.

The condo was represented very accurately by the description given. Upon arrival, the unit was clean and everything was well maintained. The owners are very helpful and great to work with, and all communication is done in a very timely manner. The condo has a very friendly security staff. We had a great time here, and would definitely recommend this property, and hope to stay here again sometime soon!

Very nice unit with great views. Photos are actually of this unit. Owners are pleasent and easy to work with. Less costly than other similar O.C. units and it's a beutiful unit. I intend to stay there again in the future.
