  • The end bedrooms have private baths and private balconies. The middle bedroom is across the hall from the hallway bath. Two baths have shower tub combinations and the master bath has a large walk-in shower.

  • Before remodeling, we had two queen beds in all three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. In the master bedroom we replaced the two queens with a Serta Pillow Top King. If you need extra sleeping space, we have a queen aerobed available. We found the sleeper sofa to be uncomfortable for sitting and sleeping. We replaced it with a standard sofa. The two end bedrooms have private baths and private balconies. The middle bedroom shares a long balcony with the living room and is across from the hall bath. All three bedrooms have cable TVs and beautiful views of the beach and ocean. The beach club oceanfront pool can be seen from all three balconies.

Sport and health amenities, indoor pools, water-park, lazy river, tennis courts, massage and other resort amenities are available at competitive rates. The oceanfront walkway extends all the way from the Hilton Hotel to just north of Apache Pier. Game rooms are available in the hotels and at the fishing pier. Several oceanfront refreshment and sandwich shops are within an easy walk. Pizza, sandwich and other food services are within a short walk and fast food such as Steak and Shake, Bojangles, Subway, Wendy's and many more are within a short drive.

Family Vacation Condo

My husband and I rented this condo for a family of 12 - 7 Adults and 5 children. We were very pleased with the size of the condo - the location - the CLEANLINESS and the helpfulness of the the property manager 'Craig'. The views from the three balconies were nice. The kitchen was well equipped. Towels were plentiful. The washer and dryer a blessing with all the sandy beach towels. I would suggest taping the security door jams with duct tape if you are using all three bedrooms to eliminate accidentally locking a little one in the room as happened to us. Also - it was disappointing not to be able to use the Kingston Plantation Water Park since this is a private rental.
All in all - we had a great time and I would recommend this rental. I am fussy with places I have to sleep - but very comfortable with these accomodations!!

beautiful, spacious condominium

We recently stayed here and enjoyed a nice vacation with all of the comforts we have at home. The condominium was nicely decorated and although it had obviously been used for the summer it was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely come back to stay here. I prefer to rent directly from a private owner to avoid the hidden fees and hassles of check-in, etc and this trip was as easy as expected and just as the owner described. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

Great vacation spot!

I've been going there for many years and have always had a good experience. The owners are wonderful and very easy to work with. The condos are always well kept and have been updated through the years. The decorations and furniture are comfortable and good quality. They are always clean when we arrive and in the very few times that we've needed to call maintenance, they have responded and resolved the issue very quickly. The pools and beach are great and Kingston Plantation is beautiful to walk around. This place is like a second home to me and I highly recommend it! I've brought many friends and extended family members throughout the years and they have returned on their own, because they enjoyed it so much.

There are some great restaurants near by and a grocery store right around the corner. There is always plenty to do from relaxing to great night life not too far away.

Great Location for a week at the beach

Spent a week at this condo with my family and had a great time. There were 6 adults and a toddler and we had plenty of room. The condo included all of the itmes we needed to make dinner when we were too tired to venture out to eat! The location of this condo is wonderful. There were several golf courses and shopping centers within a few miles of the condo. I will recommend this condo to all of my friends and family when they are planning a trip to Myrtle Beach.
