Clean, comfortable and convenient - Great Family Get-away spot!

My family had a great stay in this condo recently. For mid-October, we had amazing weather. We rented a boat for the day from Iguana Motorsports and were able to pull up to our condo's dock for a potty stop along the way. The water was still warm enough for the teenagers to have a great tubing experience. The pictures and description of the condo are very accurate and everything was clean and comfortable. The wi-fi worked great and that was a plus for us. The only things we'd improve were the size of the TV (watched college football and are used to a large flatscreen) and the living room couches are older and somewhat broken down. But it was a great value and saved us a bundle over renting two hotel suites for similar space. This was our first time using VRBO but it definitely won't be the last!

Owner's Response: Thank you for the review. I'm glad you had a great time at our condo. I understand you were use to a large flat screen tv, but I think our 27" tv should have been adequate to watch football.
As far as the couches are concerned I wouldn't call them broken down by any means but we are in the process of replacing them.
