Fantastic place

We just loved being here. The location is great and the view is stunning! It's right at the beach and close to lots of other beaches to explore. This is a small development with few people and plenty of space. The 2 pools were both beautiful with one or both to ourselves virtually the entire vacation. Several grocery stores and many restaurants are easy drives or walks. The kitchen has all we needed for cooking when we just wanted to stay in and relax. We would definely recommend this condo!

Definately a beautiful spot. The local restaurant
owners couldn't do enough for you and the food
was fantastic! The condo is quiet & very relaxing.
The property was very well maintained, just as the owners said it was. We took a cruise and saw alot of the wildlife in the area

fantastic! Can't wait to go back!

This was our second trip to Guanacaste, Costa Rica. We stayed at a wonderful resort the first time, but really loved having this beautiful condo on the ocean the second time around. The development is very small, so we had the pools and beach virtually to ourselves the entire time. The building stands alone on a hill, so it was very quiet and private. There were four of us in the condo and still room for more. Restaurants, grocery stores and anything else needed were very close in either Flamingo Beach or toward Brasilito. It is a great location and very affordable. I would recommend this to friends and family in a second.
