Amelia Island has 13 miles of white sand beaches and no crowds. Expansive ocean side front deck - watch the sunrise, dine and listen to the surf, or just enjoy reading a book. Equally expansive rear deck that faces Fort Clinch wilderness, watch the sun set. All bedrooms have walkouts to the decks, the master is on the ocean side. Park your cars and boat under the house, take your boat to the free public boat launches. The fishing is famous, you choose: the rivers , inter-coastal, the Atlantic Ocean or surf cast on the beach. Enjoy the beach and rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower. Fabulous golf courses open to the public.

Our Beach Cottage is located in the exclusively residential northern most neighborhood of Amelia Island. The beaches are private, there are no hotels and our property is bounded by the Atlantic Ocean Beach to the East and Fort Clinch State Park to the West. This is a unique and special place. We have no crowds, no noise, and a pristine beach!

The Modie's were absolutely wonderful, and the house could not have been better. It was the perfect layout for our family of 6. Everything was clean, the views were awesome, and the beach was private and a lot of fun. Not a condo in sight! I've looked at other properties, and none of them could touch this one for price and value. Thanks so much guys!
