Beautiful remodeled studio w/queen size bed and queen size futon. It has a fully equipped kitchen, plasma TV, cable, view to ocean, pvt parking, pvt pool with lounge chairs, BBQ and bar area. Located just about 3 mins (walking) to the beach. Studio apt located at 'Cecilia's Place Condominium' just 5 mins. From Luis Munoz Marin International Airport. We are located near many hotels, casinos, restaurants and shopping stores such as the Ritz Carlton hotel & casino, El San Juan hotel & casino (part of the Waldorf Astoria collection). Walk to restaurants such as Metropol, Mi Casita serving typical Spanish food as well a variety of fast food restaurants: enjoy Burger King, Denny's, KFC, Pizza Hut, Chili’s and many more....if you wish to rent a car you can do so just at walking distance from the apt. We provide you with towels and linens. Great place to come with a significant other or friend to relax and enjoy the sunny tropical enchanted island & beaches. Apt accommodates 2-4 people.

As newlyweds, my wife had not experienced Puerto Rico at all. I had actually been to this property a few years before and had a great time. When we arrived, it was exactly what was promised, a great room in a great location with a great view. Lizette (the Owner) was just like family...the good kind!..she was very attentive and provided all our requests before we arrived. She had a wealth of information for everything we needed and wanted to make our honeymoon memorable. I would recommend her property to all my friends and family thinking about staying in Puerto Rico..Its so close to everything, you can go sightseeing in the am and return for the beach and the nightlife on the strip. We had a great time and are planning to go back next year..
Owner's Response: It was great being part of the newlyweds' vacation. They are a great couple and wish them lots of luck and success in their marriage. I am glad to know that their experience here at my property was great.....I always try to make each experiene one of a kind (memorable). I look forward to seeing you guys here once again and welcome all the family and friends.

I just wanted to thank Lizette and Rafael for their kindness, We loved our stay the condo. it's really everything you could ask for in a place to stay while your on vacation, great location, great nightlife and restaurants close by.If your looking for a safe and clean place to stay please look them up. Russell and Dani says thanks again and we will see you soon!

p.s thanks for having drinks with us on our last night in puerto rico at the el san juan hotel. that was freat

Thanks for the great time! Lizette, the owner, was incredibly kind and accomodating to us - even personally meeting us to exchange the keys and give us some tips on PR.

The condo was perfectly located for our first visit to PR. Central location directly on the beach, walking distance to hotels for dining and gambling and a great little restaurant just two blocks down. We bought supplies at the market and Walgreens just a few blocks away.

We spent most of the time exploring the island so the condo was a perfect home base. The size of the condo is ideal for a couple. We appreciated the gated secured entries and the security staff. The condo was clean, great water pressure in the shower, the bed comfortable and the a/c was cold!

Thank you Lizette! We will be back soon.

I would recommend this property to everyone. We had everything we needed on site or near by. This vacation was better then previous vacations. Our stay was the best not only did we find a nice place to stay at, but we had the opportunity to met a wonderful couple.

My trip to Puerto Rico could not have been better thanks to Lizette. The condo was everything listed and extremely convienent. Located right across from SJU airport, 3 minute walk to the beach and other other resorts. Food, grocery and clubbing all within walking distance. The condo was cozy and quite, equipped with everything needed. Lizette was so hospitable, I didnt feel like a stranger when I left. I just got home yesterday and have told so many people about her. Thank you Lizette for everything and hopefully I will see you in December :-).
