Welcome to this newly closed luxury villa located at the beautiful Emerald Island resort, only 3 miles from Walt Disney World! This 3000 sq. ft. home offers both scenery and privacy while remaining in close proximity to Florida’s biggest attractions. Emerald Island is located a few minutes off of Hwy 192 at Mile Marker 4, with numerous shopping malls and restaurants within walking distance. Golf enthusiasts will also enjoy the 5-star Mystic Dunes Golf Club, which is only 5 minutes away, as well as countless other courses in the vicinity. As mentioned our vacation home was just closed, so all the furniture is brand new. This house can accommodate up to 16 people and 1 baby as it includes 2 Master bedrooms with 2 King Size beds, 1 extra King Size bed in 3rd bedroom,1 Guest room with a Queen Size bed, 3 rooms with 2 Twin Size beds each, a sofa sleeper for 2 additional guests, and 1 portable crib (baby high chair, strollers, & play yard are included). Luxury & fluffy towels are provided

10 golfers ...a perfect fit for this house

the house had enough beds for each of us (10) to have our own bed. No pullouts or sofa beds needed. The house was plenty big for our group and we took agvantage of the pool almost every night after a long day on the course. The large screen TV provided a great viewing area for a ball game each night. the house was very clean and there were pletny of towels for our group. we also took advantage of the gas grill on more than one occasion.the house is in a great location within a couple miles of grocery stores, restaurants and other shopping venues. disney was also very convenient, less than 5 minutes away. the golf courses we played were close by with easy access to the major roads. the description and pictures on the website are very accurate. my only issue with the house is that the houses in the development are very close together which could impact your privacy. We had a very quiet week but I guess that could change depending on the time of year. I would definitely rent this house again should we go to Orlando for another golf trip.

Everything was great! House was clean. Plenty of room for everyone. All furniture/tv's/linens were brand new. Very close to shopping & restaurants. Owners were very nice, great to work with, and very responsive to inquiries. Will definitely rent this house again if/when we go back to Orlando. Definitely recommend this house.
