Forever Cottage is a charming, one-bedroom guest cottage plus newly added separate, modern 'boutique' Studio, just steps from Main Street in the scenic village of Sag Harbor, NY, available to rent for nights,weekends or week-long stays- year-round. Sag Harbor is a beautiful, historic waterfront town, two hours east of New York City on the east end of Long Island ('the Hamptons'.) The village offers theater, restaurants, galleries, shopping, nightlife - as well as fabulous beaches, sailing, kayaking, fishing, golf, biking, nature walks and more. Forever Cottage is centrally located and is an easy 5 minute walk to Main Street in the village, bay beach and the Hampton Jitney bus stop. The ocean beach is a short drive away. The owners are full-time residents of Sag Harbor, and live in the home next door. Forever Cottage and Studio each has its own private entrance, central AC. Cottage 1 bdrm offers a porch swing, a barbecue and picnic table in garden. Studio offers a deck with chairs.

    Full-Kitchen Option - Cottage converts to include a full, state-of-the-art, eat-in kitchen with all appliances, dishware etc. including gas stove/oven, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, all dishes, utensils and cookware, dining table and chairs.

    Mini-Kitchen/Economy Option - Full kitchen not included, but lounge area includes microwave, mini-frig, coffee maker, dishware and utensils. This is the ideal option for those who prefer a more economical rental rate, and/or who plan to avail themselves of the many fine restaurants in the area.

    Mini-Kitchen/Economy rate is $75-$100 less than the listed nightly rental price, depending on the season.

Lovely studio

Two of us stayed in the studio during a late Nov. weekend - everything promised and more - lovely spot. The owners have done a great job creating and appointing this studio space. It feels roomy and airy and light, yet private. Great location, near town and beaches. The owner was very helpful in answering all questions, and even arranging to have us see the cottage accomodations on the morning of our departure. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a luxurious version of just-the-basics.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Romantic Getaway

What a wonderful place to stay! Steps from the hottest un-Hampton AND a lovely bay beach. The views from the shore remind me of the Virgin Islands! I didn't realize there was a cottage so close to main street; plus it's stylish, cozy and ultra-private. The perfect, easy getaway. I'll be back.

What a perfect vacation! Everything about Forever Cottage exceeds expectation. It's clean and quiet, the bed is very comfy, just a short walk to town,,,, we can't wait to come back!
