  • All payments are non-refundable (see cancellation paragraph). Your initial payment of 50% is a non-refundable deposit, payable by check, cashiers check or credit card and is required to confirm your reservation. All payments are due 60 days prior to your arrival along with said security deposit. The reservation may be canceled if payment is not received by this date.

    Cancellation: in the event of a cancellation of all or part of the reservation for the property by guest or by altair, altair agrees to refund the rental deposits to guest(s), only in the event that the subject property is re-rented for the canceled period under the same terms and conditions as included herein. In the event of the foregoing, a refund of rent collected will be given less a 20% cancellation fee. Altair will make their respective best efforts to re-rent in the event of cancellation.
    Security deposit: a refundable security deposit of $2000 is required sixty (60) days prior to your arrival.

Capistrano Beach is located 1/2 way between San Diego and Los Angeles just off the 5 Freeway. We are within 60 to 80 minutes drive to most 'want to see' sights in Orange County, San Diego and Los Angeles. If driving isn't what you want to do on your vacation, within a 1/2 mile walk there are 4 restaurants (Mexican, BBQ, Sushi and Italian) and a sports bar with outside seating. Also within walking distance is a public basketball court and a seasonal stand for various beach rental equipment (boogie boards, etc.) Come and experience this one of a kind luxury beach property.
