~ METICULOUSLY MAINTAINED RENTAL HOME ~ OFFERING: 3 BEDROOMS / 1 King / 2 twin bed / 2 twin beds Basement has 2 rooms – 1 double futon in each room - 2 FULL BATHS ~ 1 upstairs stand up shower and tub / 1 down stairs with stand up shower. HOME COMES FULLY STOCKED OFFERING: Fully stocked Kitchen All bed Linens, bath towels ( Beach towels NOT provided ) Cable TV, DVD/VHS player, Children's Movies and toys, Hairdryers, ironing board OUTSIDE: Large leveled yard offering, Picnic table, Gas grill. ~ Located on Pine River Pond – Beautiful views from house – 2 min walk to the Association Beach Pine River Pond is 3.5 miles in length and before current use by us all, PRP originally was used as a power source for Mathes' Mill at the outlet of the pond back in the early 1800's. The pond is now kept at it's current level by the Arthur H. Fox Memorial Dam built back in 1977. PRP covers 594 acres, with it's deepest spot
