Cozy, comfortable, and private! Larkspur house sits in an established, close-in SE Bend neighborhood and is 1 mile from the Old Mill District & the Deschutes River, less than 2 miles to Downtown, and just 4 blocks from the Bend Elks Stadium. Kiwanis Park with playground is 3 blocks away.

Larkspur house is a single family home on a large lot with mature trees and natural landscaping, and off-street parking for two cars. The backyard is fully fenced and spacious, with a large patio and gas grill. There is a well-lit, insulated & heated garage space for prepping or storing bikes, skis, and other outdoor gear. It’s perfect for a small family, or for couples wishing to explore Central Oregon.

New in 2023: all new living room and dining furniture, new Malouf mattresses, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and updated air conditioning in the living area.

Other features include hardwood floors throughout, and a nicely equipped kitchen with gas stove and cook top. Two bedrooms with queen beds and one full bathroom give guests plenty of room and privacy. The open concept living space features a comfortable seating and dining area. In the living room there's a gas heating stove (seasonal) and the TV offers Netflix, Hulu. HBO Max, Discovery +,
and local broadcast TV channels.

Clean and well cared for, this is a great central Bend location, whether you plan to hit the wilderness trails or spend time in town. Under 1 mile to local favorite Crux Fermentation Project Tasting Room, and driving time is under 5 minutes to the Old Mill District and Les Schwab Amphitheater, where you can enjoy live music, restaurants, shopping and movies, or access the Deschutes River Trail. In winter, Mt. Bachelor can be reached in 25 minutes by car, or enjoy cross-country skiing at Meissner Sno-Park in 15.

The High Desert Museum and the Newberry National Volcanic Monument are within 15 miles, and the beautiful Cascade Lakes region and Sunriver Resort are within a 35 minutes drive. Zip downtown or to the Deschutes National Forest and explore to your heart’s content. You’ll be glad to return to your private retreat at the end of the day!

Overall good experience!

Overall good experience and the host made herself available when I had questions! We stayed in bend to go skiing, so we were gone majority of the day. Close to downtown bend but you have to drive or Uber. So if you’re looking for a place with easy access (meaning walkable) to bars/restaurants/trendy locations, I would look elsewhere. But overall for our needs for this trip, this place was perfect! Would definitely stay here again for another ski trip!
