Charming Beachview House with a short walk to the sandy beach has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and second bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also two futon sofas in the living room. House will accommodate 6 people comfortably and has two full baths, well equipped kitchen, full size frig, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee pot. Seating in the dining room for 8 with 3 more seats at the bar. There is a swimming pool, boat launch and a fishing pier in the subdivision. Relax watching satellite TV or DVD movies. Please No Smoking & No Pets Allowed. Minimum leasing age 25 years old. Signed rental agreement required.

Our stay here was wonderful! The house is like home, comfortable and welcoming. It is in a quiet community and very close to the beach. We grilled steaks one night on the charcoal grill, fantastic! We did not want to leave:)

Beach Retreat

My only regret is that I would have stayed longer! We only had the house for the weekend and by Sunday I didn’t want to come home. This was the perfect beach retreat for my family! The house is very well kept and the owners are very friendly and informative. The view from the front porch is awesome. We grilled outside all weekend and spent the afternoons on the lovely private beach. The guys spent the day fishing while the girls sat on the beach. We will definitely be back!

My little paradise!

This was the perfect get-a-way for us! Very quiet neighborhood & all the amenities we could ever ask for were there. The property felt just like a home & was VERY CLEAN! Ed was so helpful & answered all of our questions & made us feel very welcome. The view from the front porch was magnificent....I fell asleep out there reading my book, listening to the gulf & seagulls! We will defninitely be back! Thanks Ed!

Great Place

This is a great place to rent. We stayed for a week in the summer and had a blast. The upstairs patio is covered and shaded all afternoon and gets a great breeze from the ocean. We did all of our cooking on the grill downstairs. Access to the garage was great because we could store our kayaks in there an not worry about them being taken. Although we drove to the pool and beach, they are both within walking distance. There is also a boat launch that is a great place for putting in kayaks and fishing and crabbing.

The property looked great and there was no sign of Hurricane Ike. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. The owner was extremely friendly and very helpful.

Next time we visit Galveston, we will call on this property again!
