Take the elevator to your 3rd floor and enjoy your Luxurious condo or go up on the Rooftop Terrace and enjoy a Drink while you gaze upon the Gated Village of Puerto Aventuras below. The Educativo Puerto Aventuras is one of the better Private schools in Mexico and is located in our village. Like to fish? Grab a Charter boat out your back door and hook onto a Marlin, Sailfish, Wahoo, Dorado or many other species just 5 minutes from your condo. Snorkeling, Diving, (including world famous Cave, 'Cenote' Diving), Swim with Dolphins or Manatees. Golf, there are at least 12 Great courses close by including the PGA Mayakoba Golf Course! ATV, Horseback riding, Sun Bathing, Parasailing, Hang Gliding and Ocean Kayaking are at your fingertips. Like to shop? Playa del Carmen has it's own '5th Ave' where local artisan display their wares and hundreds of restaurants abound.
