Our stay at this location was very satisfactory. The premises still requires some work but overall very acceptable the way it is. Make sure you check the upper windows though, the top portion of the windows in most rooms will come down a bit and needs some attention..it may be fixed by now as the owners are "hands on" and want to make it right..I am sure they will as time permits. Look around the neighbourhood as there are many little spots that you won't see unless you do at least a two block walkabout.

Five of us stayed here and we had 4 more for company some evenings and found it very comfortable. We were able to make dinner and have a lovely meal without any hassle. The dining room is just beautiful.

Transit to the mainline downtown is very handy..so don't even try to take a car as findind a parking spot is a major sport in the area. That is the only downfall to this location but then it is San Fransico.

The depost was returned in a timely manner.

Great place for a gathering

I recently stayed here with my husband and 6 other friends. The eight of us were quite comfortable here, found the location and nearby public transit options very convenient, and the rates were very reasonable. Even with 8 people we didn't feel crowded -- the dining room and office provided places for people to hang out or get a little work done and we enjoyed having a kitchen (as well as the grill in the back yard!). The neighborhood was also fun to explore -- lots of restaurants, grocery stores, a great bookstore (Booksmith on Haight!), and a couple of parks within easy walking distance.

We were all in town for a friend's wedding but the apartment made our experience feel like a great vacation as well. Highly recommended!

Great location!

We spent a week at the flat. It is spacious, clean and comfortable. We were in town for a family wedding and six of us were able to come and go as well as sit "at home" and relax. We loved the dining room which was the perfect place to gather.

The location is perfect just a few steps from Deboce Park and the "N" train. It was so easy to get to everywhere we needed to be. The neighborhood is friendly and walkable. The neighboring restraunts are varied and excellent!

I highly recommend this property to anyone who would like to be away from the tourists and who wish to experience San Francisco at it's very best.

This is a very accurate property description of a terrific property. Beth and her family were very easy to coordinate with for simple in and out. The flat is amazing. What you'd want from a visit to San Francisco: the feeling of living there. Great long wooded hallways and historic details, super quiet, and extremely convenient to several hot spots. I can highly recommend the place and hope to stay there again.

Great place IN A Great Neighborhood

Realy beautiful with a lovely backyard. The Inn keepers are very friendly and honest. The remodeling has been done with real attention to detail and quality. It's in a great centrally located neighborhood with a neighborhood feel-loads of great cafes and restaurants abound.
