We have a full service real estate office located on Road 413 Kilometer 0.7 (on your way to the lighthouse!). Our staff is friendly, full time, and bi-lingual. Reservation Rules:
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of reservation by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. The balance is due 30 days before arrival by same credit card. If less than 30 days until check-in, payment in full is due at time of reservation. No reservations should be assumed until the initial deposit or payment is made and a signed contract is received by the renter from Island West Properties. Please do not make any travel plans that can not be changed until you have received your signed contract. Homes can not be held without a deposit. First payment will have the reservation.
