Property is 200 yards from Mayo Beach which is viewed from all rooms. Town center a half mile as is golf course. Property consists of 2 and one half acres. The larger cottage has a deck overlooking Mayo beach, 2 bedrooms ( 2 single beds, one queen ), 1 bathroom. Smaller cottage has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom.

My family and I really enjoyed our time here. Both the large and small cottage are very well maintained. The owner of the property has been accommidating. Over all it has been an wonderful experience and we would definitely come back. The only draw back was no AC we where here the hottest week of the summer and the afternoons got pretty warm in the big cottage but it cooled down quickly at night.
