Brand new Mediterranean style home with private pool on Anna Maria Island near the beach! House has its own private pool and outdoor kitchen/bath area for entertaining. Three bedrooms, two baths, with a large two car garage with beach wagon and beach chairs. This home has a beautiful granite and stainless kitchen and beautifully tiled extra large master bathroom/bedroom suite upstairs. King sized master upstairs and queen sized bedroom on the main living floor along with a bedroom with three twin beds. Elevator, two balcony sitting areas, flat screen televisions, all amenities. Beautiful Mexican tiling throughout! Two car garage.
