Antique Annisquam home nestled back from Lobster Cove (seasonal views from upper floors) and just a 10 minute walk down dead-end street to private, beautiful Lighthouse beach and rocky Diamond Cove (beach passes included) Large, flat quiet property with stone patio in front - perfect outdoor living space. Back deck with brand new outdoor shower. One double bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms incl sleeping porch upstairs: 1 queen and 1 set of twin beds. Cozy attic with twin beds and half bath. Eat-in kitchen and living room with large family room, and laundry room off the kitchen. Home is light and airy with lots of antique details and great livable space... a perfect getaway. Small, well behaved dogs welcome with pet fee. Annisquam village cafe just a short walk away for breakfast or lunch on the water. Enjoy all that Gloucester and Cape Ann have to offer.....boating, fishing, swimming, and sea kayaking, vibrant art community. Boston & Salem Ma. less than an hour away.

A cleaning service fee of $100 will be deducted from the security deposit. Pet Fee of $200 per dog if bringing well-behaved, small dog. NO CATS please.

    Receipt of initial payment will confirm the booking and remove the dates from the Rental Availability Calendar.

Our cottage is only 1 mile from Rockport’s Halibut Point State Park, and 3 miles from its famous Bearskin Neck. We are less than 1 hour from Boston by car.
