Relax in the terrific sun room as you watch the phenomenal sunsets over Horseshoe Creek and the Bohicket River with the picturesque shrimp boats at Rockville! This delightful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom upstairs, end unit is a great vacation spot for your family and friends! The family room opens up to the remodeled sun room, giving you plenty of space to socialize. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances for your use. The dining room table seats six. Enjoy cable TV/DVD in the family room too! The master bedroom has a queen size bed with adjoining full bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and adjoining full bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a full bath. Just steps from the house is the neighborhood pool, tennis courts and Racquet Club for your use. Walk across the street to the Equestrian Center to feed the horses apples and carrots! Seabrook's 3 1/2 mile beach is just a short drive away! Historic Charleston is a 40 min. drive!
