This very exclusive 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Condo on Clearwater Beach was built in 2002. This is coastal living at its best.
Features include living room with a beach view terrace, breakfast area with inter coastal view, floor to ceiling sliders, designer lighting and fans, dark hardwood floors, custom drapers, master bath/dressing room with custom walk-in closet, garage parking and impressive community amenities.
Two king beds and one sectional sofa in study, inflatable bed available. One 55\' plasma TV and Two 42\' flat hi-def TVs in bedrooms, iPod player in master.
Kitchen furnished for a gourmet chef, crystal wine and cocktail glasses, elegant dishes and silverware for 12. Entertaining platters.

Distressed wide plank hardwood flooring in family room and master suite. Tile in kitchen and bathrooms, wireless internet and cable.

We loved the condo location and the amenities. We had a wonderful month in the condo. Very spacious rooms. Loved the balcony off the kitchen overlooking Clearwater and the intercoastal waterway. Definitely would stay here again.
My family stayed here for the entire month of July, 2014. It's in a prime location- literally steps away from the beach and everything from food to shopping is within walking distance. The decor and furniture are very comfortable- the listing photos are very accurate. Ceiling fans in most rooms - very pleasant, although there is air conditioning. The kitchen was large and well stocked- also had a ceiling fan and patio access!
The master bedroom does have a very comfortable sleep number mattress- which was very nice after an 18-hour flight. There is also a bay view from the both bedrooms. The den also has a sofabed.
A few disappointments: Cleanliness of the condo. Upon our arrival (at 1:30 AM since we live overseas and had a very long flight), there were long strands of hair throughout the Master bathroom floor, tub and toilet areas. There were 2 cockroaches under the bathroom cabinet. The hardwood floor in the dining room/ living room was dirty as well.
The refrigerator didn't work at all but the mgt co did send an employee with a portable cooler and some dry ice for our groceries.
The guest bedroom ceiling fan didn't work and there were several light bulbs out throughout the condo. The guest bedroom window shades were broken (the mgt co did come to remove one set of blinds so we could open the curtains and see the bay view; they also replaced the bulbs and repaired ceiling fan.)
TV remotes don't work well- missing back covers. Internet was very sporadic- the mgt co had to reboot frequently.
Patio beach view is very obscured by the 3 large palm trees but you do get a good view of the pool and hot tub and small peak at the gulf. None of the patio doors work properly (except in the kitchen). They were very difficult to open and then even more difficult to close. Upon complaint to the owner, they did send a door repair company to repair the doors, but said doors were old and the wheels needed replacing so they couldn't really help.
The owner did seem helpful in trying to answer our requests but some of them couldn't be repaired or handled during our stay. I felt as thought there wasn't enough preparation time for our arrival.
Overall, if the unit was maintained or cleaned well prior to our arrival, we could give it a different rating. First impressions mean a lot. After spending several summers in this part of Florida, it was our first time being disappointed in a condo rental here. Clearsky Cafe and Frenchy's Restaurants- highly recommended.
